Abstract
First of all, let us praise and thank the presence of Allah Almighty, for the abundance of grace and the joy of all of us. We are pleased to welcome you to the 6th Progressive and Fun Education International Conference (the 6th Profunedu). It was conducted online and took the theme of The Role of Educational Researchers in Facing Global Challenge During the Covid-19 Pandemic.Its primary goal is to bring academic scientists, and researchers together to exchange and share their experiences and research results about most aspects of education, science, and social research during the Covid-19 pandemic and discuss the practical challenges encountered and the solutions adopted.
The 6th Profunedu consists of keynote and parallel sessions, not to mention discussions with eminent speakers covering a wide range of topics in educational research. The conference, which 154 international participants attended, resulted in a similar perception that the role of educational researchers is enormous in creating online learning innovations, strengthening the skills of teachers and students, and creating the right technologies to make the online learning process more effective efficient. This rich program provides all attendees with the opportunities to meet and interact with one another. We hope your experience with the 6th Profunedu is a fruitful and long-lasting one. With your support and participation, the conference will continue its success for a long time.

We also would like to express our gratitude to the external reviewers for providing extra help in the review process and the authors for contributing their research results to the conference. Special thanks go to Scopus indexed journals and proceedings, namely the Asian Journal of University Education (AJUE) and AIP Conference Proceedings. In addition, several journals in Indonesia also became a channel for the publication of papers in this conference ranging from accredited journals Sinta 5 to accredited Sinta 2.
